OUR FEES
FULLY MANAGED SERVICE: Initial set up fee of new tenant/s £400 + VAT plus the Management Fee of 10% of the monthly rent + VAT
TENANT FIND: £350.00 + VAT
The above fee is charged at the start of each new tenancy and includes:
